Nathan Doyle, Sales & Marketing Manager

Nathan Doyle, an expert in medical plastics, is the Sales & Marketing manager for the past 7 years at Compounding Solutions. Nathan leads a team of eight highly motivated individuals in the Compounding Solutions Sales & customer services department. Prior to working at Compounding Solutions, Nathan worked as Engineering Product Manager and Application Engineer for Cyclics Corporation, his work in his field led to 3 patents & patent applications. Nathan is a member of the kaizen, training, & culture committees at Compounding Solutions and a member of the Society of Plastic Engineers. Nathan received his bachelors and masters of science degrees in Material Science & Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Josh Robertson, Western US Sales Manager

Josh Robertson is the Western U.S. Sales Manager for Compounding Solutions living in Minneapolis since March of 2013. During that time, he has been responsible for growing the customer base and helping existing customers from Minnesota to Texas to the west coast. Prior to his time at Compounding Solutions he worked for Optinova making tight tolerance medical tubing and prior to that Farlow’s Scientific Glassblowing working in tight tolerance custom tooling for tipping, balloon blowing and anatomical models. Over the course of this time he has helped with and written several published papers including White Rooms and Lubricous Additives for Compounding Solutions as well as pursuing his own hands on education in molding and extruded tubing in the medical marketplace.

Joe Wilson, Northeast US Sales Manager

Joe Wilson is the Northeast Sales Manager at Compounding Solutions. His focus is on Business Development and Account Management within this region as well as the Eastern Provinces of Canada. First joining Compounding Solutions in 2011 as a Production Coordinator, he transitioned to the Sales team in 2012. Prior to joining Compounding Solutions, he worked in sales and customer service positions and brings over 20 years’ experience in these areas. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts. He resides in Maine with his wife and three children.

Robert Neal, Eastern US Sales Manager

Robert Neal is the Eastern U.S. Sales Manager for Compounding Solutions since January of 2017. He is responsible for developing the account base for the east coast, between New York and Florida. He has spent time in the areas of Production, Quality, R&D, Color Matching & Inside Sales at Compounding Solutions. During college, he ran a successful and profitable small business as an internship through a program called Collegiate Entrepreneurs. He received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Maine (Orono) in 2015, followed by a Plastics Engineering certificate at UMass Lowell, and has begun classes towards an M.B.A at UMass Lowell.

Dominic Feeley, European Business Development Manager

Dominic Feeley is the European Business Development Manager for Compounding Solutions since July of 2017. He is responsible for growing the European customer base and supporting existing customers. He has extensive experience in polymer processing, particularly extrusion for medical applications, project management and sales, working for companies such as Vistamed, Covidien, Kelpac Medical and Vention Medical. In his time with Vention Medical, he wrote a white paper on multi-layer extrusion technology. He holds a degree in Plastics Engineering from University of North London. He resides in Co. Roscommon, Ireland.

Nick Norton, Marketing Coordinator

Nick Norton started with Compounding Solutions in 2009. Currently, he is responsible for coordinating all marketing and communications. In his 8+ years with Compounding Solutions, Nick has served in a variety of roles including customer service, quality assurance, and processing. Nick received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies with a focus in Sports Management and Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University and has begun classes towards an M.B.A. at Ball State University.

Customer Service/Inside Sales

Melissa Levasseur, Customer Service / Inside Sales Manager

Melissa started with Compounding Solutions in June 2010 as the only Customer Service / Inside Sales Rep at the time. The department has since grown and she is now the Customer Service / Inside Sales Manager, overseeing the inside sales group and handling the Key & Multi-Site Accounts for Compounding Solutions. Melissa’s background prior to Compounding Solutions includes Quality Control for Poland Spring Bottling, Research at the National Cancer Institute, and as a Field Applications Specialist supporting a Genomic Sequencer while at GE Healthcare. In addition, she has taught Biology Labs and Algebra at Central Maine Community College. Melissa’s educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Biology & Psychology from Assumption College and a Master’s degree in Biotechnology from Johns Hopkins University.

Taylor Boissonneault, Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative

Taylor Boissonneault is an Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative who handles various medical accounts in North America, Central America, Europe, and Asia as well as multi-site accounts. She is the leader of the company’s Culture Committee where she organizes company and charity events. Taylor started with Compounding Solutions in April of 2015 after graduating from Southern Maine Community College with a degree in Business Administration. In 2017, she graduated from the Androscoggin Leadership Development Institute.

Claire Davis is the inside sales/customer service representative for our industrial accounts. Claire has over 25 years of customer service and sales experience in the industrial market. Claire has been with Compounding Solutions since 2014.

Dana Smith, Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative

Dana is currently an inside sales/customer service representative. He was first introduced to the plastics industry 3 years ago when he began working at Compounding Solutions in our Logistics Department. Since then, he has assisted with inventory system management as well as becoming a certified extrusion technician in our production department.
